In an Iyengar Yoga class you can expect:

A safe, systematic approach to learning yoga asanas that focuses on alignment. With the innovative use of props, you can learn to practice appropriately for all stages & circumstances of life.

Sequencing to develop strength, mobility, balance & concentration. And you can learn to cultivate a home practice.

Clear demonstrations & explanations by experienced teachers who have been certified in the Iyengar tradition.

The benefits include improved posture, vitality and a calmer sense of wellbeing
